The Advancement Foundation was founded in 2007 to help local health and human service nonprofits increase their capacity and develop sustainability to support basic needs of those living in poverty. The Foundation continues working with multiple nonprofits who lead community wide social change. The Foundation's professional staff and volunteers provide critical support by: first, helping create sustainability for local health and human service nonprofits; and, secondly through the LEAP Program, which assists the underprivileged in developing and executing a life improvement plan. The Foundation develops collaborations that create comprehensive improvement in the lives of the underprivileged through our LEAP Program.

Our Mission
Our mission is to eliminate poverty. We do this by helping nonprofits transform the world through innovative strategies to improve their resources and maximize their strategic impact. The Foundation leverages all community resources for the benefit of large scale impact. The Foundation coordinates comprehensive efforts of business leaders, nonprofit directors, boards, civic organizations, churches, the poor and the entire community. Additionally, the Foundation provides direct programming for the poor to learn business skills and confidence while ensuring the actively contribute back to the community - including providing volunteer support back to the nonprofits that serve to support them.
